BUBBLE-NET FEEDING
Most humpback feeding takes place under water where we can’t see them. It is a very special moment to be able to witness them bubble-net feeding. Not only does that give whale watchers an opportunity to see humpbacks feeding in action, it also shows that these magnificent marine mammals are able to work together cooperatively.
This image captures a rare moment as not all humpback whales know how to bubble-net feed. it is a learned process that takes group effort.

FINE ART PAPER
Images are printed onto an acid-free, 100% cotton Fine Art Paper. This textured paper is milled by the St. Cuthberts Mill in Somerset, England. It is a single-side coated paper showing a natural white finish with a slightly textured matte surface that has a soft velvet-like feel. This is a high-quality, mould-made paper, ideal for fine art photography. Prints are produced with Canon Printers using the Canon Lucia inks that have superior archivability and increased color range.
Sizing is from the outside edges of white borders. Fine Art Paper prints are photos printed within a 2-inch border and are mounted on a white mat board. This means the actual image is 2x2-inches smaller than overall size of print.
DIBOND® METAL
Image is flush with outer edge. No white border.
The image is printed directly on 1/8" (3 mm) thick aluminum Dibond® panels. Dibond® is a sturdy aluminum composite sheet with a plastic core. Printed with UV-inks directly to the panel, Dibond® prints are both durable, waterproof and weather resistant.
